Zino Expedition is acting as a mere tour operator for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for the services are not directly supplied by this tour operator (such as all type of transportation including air and ground, all type of accommodations, meals, tours, etc.). Therefore, this tour operator shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any delay, damage, loss, or injury to you, your group members, or traveling companions. We do not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, scheduling, reservations, bookings, or handling of personal effects, unless, the term “guaranteed” is particularly stated in writing on the invoice, itinerary, or booking letters.
This tour operator shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries caused to any traveler in connection with criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, construction or mechanical failures or difficulties or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond the tour operator’s control.
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the tour operator from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, insurance, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all security or safety conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed trip or adventure tour.
By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such trip, whether expected or unexpected. Hereby, the traveler is warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate and comprehensive insurance coverage against them. Traveler’s retention of reservations, bookings, or tickets after issuing shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her traveling companions or group members.
Passport, Visas & Health Regulations:
It will be the client’s responsibility to ensure that his/her proper identification or travel documents or passport and necessary visa and insurance are in order for entry, multiple entries, and return. It is the travelers’ responsibility to verify his/her necessary travel documents. We would be pleased to assist and to charge appropriately for services rendered should they be required.
