We will have a full day sightseeing to explore more about Ancient Persia by visiting Persepolis, Naghshe Rostam, Naghshe Rajab and Pasargadae.
Brief Itinerary
We will drive towards Persepolis registered in UNESCO World Heritage Site, the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid Empire, located 60 km far away in northeast of Shiraz in Fars Province. Afterward we will drive to Naqsh-e Rajab about 5 km north of Persepolis, the archaeological site. Then we will visit Naqsh-e Rostam which is 2.5 km far from Naqsh-e Rajab. Both sites are a tentative candidate for UNESCO World Heritage. Following to these sites, we will continue our way to Pasargadae, the capital of the Achaemenid Empire which is registered in UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
