Brief Itinerary
Day 1: Check in your hotel in Tehran. Overnight at a hotel in Tehran (-, -, -)
Day 2: Travel to Zanjan to visit Soltaniyeh dome. En route, drive to Qazvin for a short visit of historical sites such as Chehel sotoun, the bath of Gajar, the house of Aminis, Shazdeh Hossein shrine and the old gate. Overnight stay at Grand hotel in Zanjan. (B)
Day 3: Sightseeing in Zanjan to visit anthropology museum and the SaltMen. Then travel to Tabriz. Check in the hotel. Afternoon, walking around Elgoli park and socializing with locals. Overnight stay in a hotel in Tabriz. (B, L)
Day 4: A full day city tour in Tabriz visiting Azerbaijan Museum, Tabriz Bazaar, the Blue Mosque and the Constitutional house. Overnight stay in the hotel. (B, L)
Day 5: An excursion in the village of Kandovan– a living example of human adaptation to exceptionally unusual natural surroundings. drive back to Tabriz late afternoon. overnight stay in the hotel. (B, L, D)
Day 6: Travel to Rasht through a very scenic road. short rest and stop for taking photos on the way. Overnight stay in a hotel in Rasht. (B, L)
Day 7: Full day sightseeing in Gilan province; Visit Gilan Rural Heritage Site. Then travel to visit ancient and historical village of Masuleh. Overnight stay in the hotel in Rasht. (B, L, D)
Day 8: Travel to Kelardasht via coastal road. A stop in Ramsar to visit King palace. Spending some times in the beach of Caspian Sea. Overnight stay in a private villa in Kelardasht. (B, L, D)
Day 9: Travel to Mazichal village to explore the area and relaxing. Overnight stay in a private villa in Kelardasht. (B, L)
Day 10: Drive to Namakabrud resort. Taking cable car to have a good view of the city and the sea from the top. Overnight stay in a private villa in Kelardasht. (B, D)
Day 11: Travel back to Tehran through a mountainous and scenic road. We stop at a local restaurant for a traditional lunch. End of the trip. (B, L)
Day 12: Depending on the flight schedule, transfer to Tehran International airport (IKA) to take your return flight to home. (B)
